Muzun for Humanitarian & Development (MHD) is a civil society and Non-for -profit organization registered in Turkey, Gaziantep since 2015.
The NGO was founded by professional humanitarian workers engaged in the Syria response. We come from the communities affected by the conflict. We have set up this organization in order to support fellow Syrians with relief and non-relief assistance to maintain their under-pressured resilience and help them cope with the challenging conflict environment. In our work, we focus on the most vulnerable including persons with special needs, children, and women. As a grassroots organization, our work is community-led and therefore owned and sustainable. We have a presence across Syria. MHD operates in Syria’s Northwest.

Under the direct management of the project Team leader. The field Engineer is responsible for assisting and support daily site improvements, and oversee establishment of fire points, instilling lighting poles, building latrines blocks and maintenance activities that implementing by Muzun ...• Carrying out technical assessments of identified sites and making recommendations for appropriate tailored interventions. • The identification of sites where maintenance work is to be carried out. • Support studying & preparing BoQs, scope of works, and drawings using engineering software such as AutoCAD. • Supervise the implementation of site maintenance activities conducted in the RC or Camps through service providers and contractors. • Supervise the on-site according to instructions given by the team leader and CCCM-Project Manager. • Monitoring the installation of lighting poles and building fire points and bathroom blocks.

متطلبات الوظيفة او المعايير -
• Minimum three years of experience in international and/or local NGOs (direct participation in project implementation preferred) • University degree in civil or architectural engineering • Proficiency in working with AutoCAD • At least two years of experience in construction and maintenance projects • Proficiency in working with Excel Writing and reading in English - intermediate level
